Sanjay Kishore Dadlani:Middlesex University Student Residing In The UKRobert Priddy (an Anti-Sai Extremist) wrote an article claiming that
Sathya Sai Baba is
"One of those many ignorami who sustain and spread false beliefs about the powers of black magicians and witches."Apparently,
Robert Priddy was
also "one of those many ignorami who sustained and spread false beliefs about black magicians and witches" because he was an
ardent follower and
practitioner of Sathya Sai Baba's teachings for
17 long years! Priddy claimed to have studied Baba's teaching
in such depth that he compiled an index (over the course of
many years) entitled
"Back to the Source" that contained
Eighteen Thousand "separately-detailed entries" to Baba's teachings. So if Sathya Sai Baba is an ignorant person who spreads primitive beliefs in black magic and witches, this does not reflect well for Priddy's intelligence and mental state when he was a former devotee of Sathya Sai Baba for
17 years!
While perusing my archived copy of
Robert Priddy's index
"Back To The Source", I discovered that Priddy actually made reference to
"black magic",
"demons",
"evil" and
"magic" (meaning that while Priddy was a devotee of Sathya Sai Baba, he was
fully aware of of these teachings and thought they were
worthy of being referenced)! The extractions read as follows:

Right out of Priddy's own mouth when he was a devotee and among the
"ignorami who sustain and spread false beliefs about the powers of black magicians and witches"!
Click Here to read an amusing article written by Robert Priddy (going back to
1988) in which he sustains and spreads false beliefs about
"elves, fairies, leprechauns, gnomes, trolls, water spirits, animal and plant spirits or 'devas' , angels, invisible helpers, shaman 'spirits', 'allies', UFOs, extra-terrestrials, possessive demons, Satan, Pan-figures and other demi-gods"! Robert Priddy is a
deeply conflicted person who not only criticizes others for their beliefs, but attempts (very hard) to suppress information about
his beliefs that would include him among the ranks of
"ignorami" who sustain and spread false beliefs in superstitious phenomena (even believing that a lizard and butterfly were supernatural manifestations of elemental spirits)!
Ironically enough, although Robert Priddy silently endorses
Sanjay Dadlani (a Gaudiya Vaishnava Hare Krishna wannabee), Priddy indirectly and
thoroughly bashed Sanjay's belief in scriptures that happen to promote
"false beliefs about the powers of black magicians and witches"! Robert Priddy indirectly called Sanjay Dadlani's Guru (Srila Prabhupada) and the MahaBhagavata Sukadev Goswami,
"ignorami" (both discuss black magic as if it was real)! Furthermore, Priddy indirectly
bashed Sanjay's scriptures (
Srimad Bhagavatam and the
Bhagavad Gita As It Is) as
"spreading false beliefs about black magicians and witches"! Funny how Anti-Sai Activists take such a variegated stance against Sathya Sai Baba that they end up bashing each other in the process and appear
very foolish and clumsy as well.
Let us look at some quotes about black magic, vampires, hobgoblins, demons and ghosts (also known as
"Yaksas" and
"Raksasas") as discussed by the
Srimad Bhagavatam and
Srila Prabhupada:
Srimad Bhagavatam 10.55.21: Resorting to the black magic of the Daityas taught to him by Maya Danava, Sambara suddenly appeared in the sky and released a downpour of weapons upon Krishna's son.
Srimad Bhagavatam 10.66.40: Frustrated by the power of Lord Krishna's weapon, O King, the fiery creature produced by black magic turned his face away and retreated. Created for violence, the demon then returned to Varanasi, where he surrounded the city and then burned Sudakshina and his priests to death, even though Sudakshina was his creator.
Bhagavad-gita As It Is 9.25 (summary by Srila Prabhupada): Similarly, one can attain the Pita planets by performing a specific yajna. Similarly, one can go to many ghostly planets and become a Yaksha, Raksha or Pisaca. Pisaca worship is called "black arts" or "black magic." There are many men who practice this black art, and they think that it is spiritualism, but such activities are completely materialistic. Similarly, a pure devotee, who worships the Supreme Personality of Godhead only, achieves the planets of Vaikuntha and Krishnaloka without a doubt. It is very easy to understand through this important verse that if by simply worshiping the demigods one can achieve the heavenly planets, or by worshiping the Pitas achieve the Pita planets, or by practicing the black arts achieve the ghostly planets, why can the pure devotee not achieve the planet of Krishna or Vishnu? Unfortunately many people have no information of these sublime planets where Krishna and Vishnu live, and because they do not know of them they fall down.
Srimad Bhagavatam 10.66 (Summary by Srila Prabhupada): Lord Siva advised him to worship the Dakshinagni fire with black magic rituals. This Sudakshina did, with the result that a fearsome demon with a body of flames appeared from the pit of the sacrificial fire. The demon rose up carrying a fiery trident and at once set off for Dvaraka.
Srimad-Bhagavatam 3:20-21: The demons who were born from the body of Brahma were called Yaksas and Raksasas because some of them cried that Brahma should be eaten and the others cried that he should not be protected. The ones who said that he should be eaten were called Yaksas, and the ones who said that he should not be protected became Raksasas, man-eaters. The two, Yaksas and Raksasas, are the original creation by Brahma and are represented even until today in the uncivilized men who are scattered all over the universe. They are born of the mode of ignorance, and therefore, because of their behavior, they are called Raksasas, or man-eaters.
Bhagavad-gita 9:25 (Summary by Srila Prabhupada): Similarly, one can go to many ghostly planets and become a Yaksa, Raksa or Pisaca. Pisaca worship is called "black arts" or "black magic." There are many men who practice this black art, and they think that it is spiritualism, but such activities are completely materialistic.
Srimad-Bhagavatam 4:18:21 (Summary by Srila Prabhupada): There are some types of living entities in the form of human beings whose living conditions and eatables are most abominable. Generally they eat flesh and fermented blood, which is mentioned in this verse as ksatajasavam. The leaders of such degraded men known as Yaksas, Raksasas, bhutas and pisacas, are all in the mode of ignorance. They have been placed under the control of Rudra. Rudra is the incarnation of Lord Siva and is in charge of the mode of ignorance in material nature. Another name of Lord Siva is Bhutanatha, meaning "master of ghosts." Rudra was born from between Brahma's eyes when Brahma was very angry at the four Kumaras.
Srimad-Bhagavatam 4:10:28 (Summary by Srila Prabhupada): The demon Yaksas are by nature very heinous, and by their demoniac power of illusion they can create many strange phenomena to frighten one who is less intelligent.
Srimad-Bhagavatam 3:20:19 (Summary by Srila Prabhupada): Out of disgust, Brahma threw off the body of ignorance, and taking this opportunity, Yaksas and Raksasas sprang for possession of the body, which continued to exist in the form of night. Night is the source of hunger and thirst.
Srimad-Bhagavatam 6:8:24: O club in the hand of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, you produce sparks of fire as powerful as thunderbolts, and you are extremely dear to the Lord. I am also His servant. Therefore kindly help me pound to pieces the evil living beings known as Kusmandas, Vainayakas, Yaksas, Raksasas, Bhutas and Grahas. Please pulverize them.
Srimad-Bhagavatam 10:4:15 (Summary by Srila Prabhupada): Raksasas are understood to be accustomed to eating their own sons, as snakes and many other animals sometimes do. At the present moment in Kali-yuga, Raksasa fathers and mothers are killing their own children in the womb, and some are even eating the fetus with great relish. Thus the so-called civilization is gradually advancing by producing Raksasas.
Srimad-Bhagavatam 10:6:4 (Summary by Srila Prabhupada): Raksasis learn mystic powers by which they can travel in outer space without machines. In some parts of India there are still such mystical witches, who can sit on a stick and use it to fly from one place to another in a very short time. This art was known to Putana. Assuming the feature of a very beautiful woman, she entered Nanda Maharaja's abode, Gokula."
Canto 10, Chapter 63: The Fever in Conflict and Bana Defeated: Discharging sharp-pointed arrows from His bow, the S'arnga, drove S'auri [Krishna] away the Bhutas [spirits of the dead], the Pramathas [mystic spirits], the Guhyakas [the wealth-keepers of Kuvera], the Dakinis [female imps of Kali], the Yatudhanas [practicioners of black magic], Vetalas [vampires], the Vinayakas [demons of education, distracters, humiliaters], the Pretas [ghosts, hobgoblins], the Matas [demoniac mothers], the Pis'acas [child-demons], the Kushmandas [meditation-disturbers, diseasing demons] and the Brahma-rakshasas [fallen brahmins].
Apparently, Robert Priddy is taking jabs and making jests at Sanjay Dadlani's
primitive beliefs, scriptures and gurus who are
"many ignorami who sustain and spread false beliefs about the powers of black magicians and witches".
Poor Sanjay! Even his Anti-Sai buddies consider him brainwashed (although they are not bold enough to come right out and say it). Probably because they suffered from the
very same brainwashing they are now attempting to expose in others. The
weirdness never ends with Anti-Sai Activists. lol
